To Whom this may concern.
At 8h00am this morning my car went in for a service. I dropped the car of at 7h52am, switched it off completely, then handed over the keys to the Service Consultant. I stood next to the car talking to the Service Consultant before he got into the car and drove it to the servicing bays.
8h50am Cartrack control room phones me to ask if everything is ok. 50 minutes LATER! I have been experiencing these unacceptable response times from Cartrack since they called me the first time. It doesn't matter how much you say it's unacceptable, it's not going to change. I pay a hefty fee every month for something that doesn't even function as it should.
I can't wait for this contract to finish!
