This morning at approx 5:50 I recieved a panic call from one of our drivers, stating that the tyres of his trailer were being. I promptly phoned CARTRACK, who ultimately gave me the worst service ever, ie not understanding me, I had to repeat the registration number about 4 times, I was so irate with the first operator, I acually put the phone down and called again, only to have the same useless service!!! Needless to say tyres were and the police never arrived, as they were never alerted to the fact that a was in progress. One of the managers of CARTRACK called me approx 30 mins after the incident to find out 'what was wrong'?!?!? After explaining the situation yet again, a CARTRACK response vehicle arrived the scene a full hour after the incident! What am I paying CARTRACK for?!?!? This service is pathetic and useless! Who now is going to bear the costs of this incident, when it could have perhaps been intervend by die response vehicle if their operators "operated'' better!!!
