Cartrack at it again! After my last report Lance Noah from Cartrack Customer care responded that they have contacted me... only to say they will look at the matter. Since then the Legal Advisor working on my claim resigned to go to another company (Cant blame him), and now no-one at Cartrack knows anything about my claim. I talked to the same Lance Noah and he said he would resolve my matter and come back to me... still waiting and after leaving message after message for him, he has not phoned me back. When asking about the onbutman contact details, Cartrack responds that they don't know what I'm talking about and cant help, by law they must provide you with the onbutman details?? Cartrack is useless and the staff not that impressive either. Use any other Car tracking company and save yourself the disappointment!!! With this service I cant see Cartrack being here in 5 years time... REALLY USELESS!!!
