Cartrack
CANCELLATION PROBLEM

I bought my car at NTT Phalaborwa in 2012. apparently they insure their cars with Toyota insurance and add cartrack. the following month i saw a debit order from cartrack i reversed it at the bank because i never asked for Cartrack.

Someone later called me from cartrack to say i have a contract with them and i am in arrears. i made it clear that i dont want their services and i didn't apply for it, then she said she will fax a form for cancellation it was around October 2012, i filled in the form, faxed and kept proof of fax, when i phoned there was just a machine answering, then they said i owed around R300.

Now I am surprised that after faxing the form last year they left a message to say now i owe them R800 -. i dont want my name damaged, i am a good payer, i dont want cartrack and i didn't ask for it.
