In October I sold my VW Kombi and bought a new Fortuner. I phoned the Call center and they told me that I can upgrade the unit and they will install a new unit in the new car and the old unit will be disabled. In December 2012 I got a SMS stating that my debit order didn't go through so I phoned and apparently my bank details was incorrect. I have been a client with Mix Telematics for a few years now. they told me that the debit order for the unpaid months will go through end of December. So my account was debited at the end of December. After I checked my Bank Account I see that every month the Debit order did go through but an additional debit order was deducted. I phoned the Call center and they told me that both the vehicles are still active, and I should send them an E-Mail to cancel the one, and then they will credit me. So i send them a mail on the 11th of January 2013. Yesterday I phoned the Call center and they told me that both the Units is still active and that my account will be debited for both units, and It will not be credited, and that they did not get the mail. So I re-sent the mail. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND CANCEL THE OTHER CAR's CONTRACT, OR CANCEL BOTH
