A cartrack unit was installed in our truck but it was the wrong unit - David Young a now ex employee of cartrack added in the unit description on the form after we had filled in the paper work. They bill us double payments every month. Any one with a brain would see that that unit is not the same as the other units in our fleet as we have over 10 vehicles with Cartrack all of them being R118 per month but this one is R319 per month. We called hundreds of times requesting someone to call back to assist us in getting the correct unit in the truck and we are still waiting for a response it has been over a month, we have just received our new statement and not one thing has been done for our request for a down grade.
