When I bought my car I never knew I'll be I so much trouble. Why doesn't dealers leave customers to make their own decisions on what services to add. I don't know what agreement cartrack made with NTT Phalaborwa. If I wanted cartrack I know where to find it. A lot of things were added to the car instalment that its almost double the price. I was suprised to hear I have also signed for CARTRaCk. Anyone help me I this regard. I tried telling Cartrack I don't know about anything concerning their services and I don't want it. They tell me they have already charged me 3000 for their device and they'll keep deducting instalment from my accound whether I like it or not. I tried canceling, they said I must fill in a form they send last year and fax back I did last year but they keep taking my money. Please help!!! Now I even fear for my car cos they say they know where it is. I don't even know what kind of contract they say I have with them. This is not my first car. I hope dealerships were more honest
