I complained on 5 November that my roller shutter installation was still not finalised, a cover for the battery still had to be installed. Maxidor did come out and take measurements and that was the last I heard. It has been more than a month since then. I have called and get assured that they will call back and resolve the matter but I have not been contacted yet.
