No response from the "Managers"

This has been an on going fight with ADT! All I want to do is cancel my "Service Contract" with ADT and this seems impossible to do!

I have emailed through complaints in writing, sent them through to Nico Moodley, I call to follow up to be told by whoever is on the line "I have emailed Godfrey to contact you". This was two weeks ago!

ADT want me to pay a fee of R2016 to cancel my "Service Contact" which I am not prepared to pay as I have never received the "Service" I have been paying for! This fee is worked at a percentage of the years left on this "Service Contract".

You deduct my monthly fee as well as your radio fee even though you have so many negative responses from me. No-one has even picked up that your radio is no longer installed in my house, this was removed a month ago!

Ron or Godfrey please contact me ASAP so we can resolve this issue.
