I recently phone Maxidor on Monday to come and repair my roller shutter doors. I waited until Friday for their technician to call me back. He said he will be there at my house on Monday. Monday came and nothing. Tuesday I phoned them again. Talked to their reception and asked them to put me through to their roller shutter department. Waited 10 minutes on the line and then finally hung up. Phoned them again and they said they will let them call me back, took all my details and I AM STILL WAITING!!!
Useless security door company should have replaced the doors with Trelidoor roller shutter doors. I had no problems with them when they installed my security door and they kept me updated the whole time.
