Maxidor still needs to install a battery cover for a roller shutter they installed. I have been trying to get them to install it for more than a month. I have been phoning every week but my calls are not returned and no effort is being made to resolve this. While on-hold the marketing message says how they can help within 24 hours because clients are important. I have paid in full upfront and now have no recourse. I would appreciate it if this matter could be resolved.
