Maxidor did an installation of all the windows in my home as well as the main entrance gate without putting the Maxidor signage. I called numerous times but the sales consulted (Geshen) denied knowing about it each time.
Reading the T&C's of the Buy-Back Guarantee, I must have this "Protected by Maxidor" signage for this Guarantee to stand.
The work was completed in March 2013. Since March I have called monthly with no joy.
The only thing the Maxidor has over its competitors is this guarantee, which is why I went with them although their quote was much higher than the others. I know better now.
Maxidor has very customer service.
