We recently installed a maxidor at our house. The service representative was excellent, but the installtion was poor. We possess a second maxidor that was installed and it is fantastic, so we are very disappointed with teh new installation. we have had them back twice to look at it, and have been told that this is how it is. The door sticks, and it doesn't lock properly. We have to slam it super hard to get it to lock, and it sticks when we are trying to unlock.
Having had them back twice with no success, I feel I have no option but to report the poor installation and responses to HelloPeter.
Please could someone get back to me and we can get this door sorted out once and for all.
