I Installed a Cybersleuth from Netstar bit more than a month ago to track my company vehicles. All the rest of the vehicles has a Tomtom system from Tracker and I don't have a single problem with them. This system from Netstar is useless every time I need to track the vehicle the site is down. I phoned 2 weeks ago because all the latest positions was days old and could not find the vehicle so I phoned the call centre and they said the system is down sorry!!! After speaking to 3 people and every time being put through to next person I hung up. Now it is an emergency and I cant find my driver they again say the system is down. I got a tracker so I can track my vehicle and if I cant do so then why must I pay for not tracking my vehicle. I spoke to the call centre to cancel my contract so I can get a tracker from a company that actually do tracking they say I must pay settlement. Now my question is why must I pay for a service I am not getting and then if I cancel still pay??? Somebody has to phone me and explain how you do business and organize for this worthless unit to be taken out!!! ASAP!!!
