Our alarm has been malfunctioning for 4 weeks. We have called ADT numerous times, three technicians have looked at the alarm and promised to do what needs to be done to fix it - no-one has ever come back to us. It is completely impossible to contact management - they hide behind call centre numbers and generic e-mails - in fact any request for the contact details for management is met by people not knowing who the MD is and again giving only the call centre number.
How on earth is one supposed to get any response whatsoever from them???
