I have logged on to Cybersleuth "Supreme" on 1 & 2 Dec 2013. Once again, the system is down. Shows that I have NO devices listed. How the can you be an approved tracking company when your systems are forever down??? You have a non-existent call centre??? You cannot track the location of a vehicle???
Vehicle manufactures should BAN the use of Altech Netsar products.
For potential customers reading this, if you care for your loved ones or your prized possession (your wheels), you cannot trust Altech Netstar to "get your own back". Rather deal with more reputable organisations and not fall for this of an organisation.
I require feedback as to how i go about canceling my contract.
