ABOUT A WEEK AGO I HAD A COMPLAINT. ALTECH TOOK 2 DEBIT ORDERS ON MY ACCOUNT AND I HAVE MADE AN EFT PAYMENT. I SPOKE TO NUMEROUS PEOPLE BY ALTECH. FINALLY I GOT TO THE ACCOUNT MANAGER (AVISHKA) HE TOLD ME TO GET A STATEMENT FROM MY BANK IN ORDER TO SEE WHAT AMOUNT THEY NEED TO PAY BACK, I GOT A STATEMENT AND I EMAILED IT TO HIM. TILL TODAY THERE IS NO REFUND IN MY ACCOUNT AND IM GETTING ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE FROM THEM AS YET. THE SERVICE IM GETTING FROM ALTECH IS POOR
