Altech Netstar
NO REFUND RECEIVED

I have telephoned twice, over a period of two months, in order to get a refund of my money which was left over after I cancelled my contract with Altech Netstar. Each time I have been assured that the accounts department would be crediting my account. To date nothing has been credited. I find it strange that when one owes Altech Netstar money it needs to be paid immediately. A refund of money due is totally ignored..
