I e mailed Altech Netstar on 09 December 2013 to advise them they had deducted (debit orders) payments for November and December 2013 for a unit that had been removed from the motor vehicle when it was sold in March 2013!
No response was received and I e mailed Altech Netstar again 08 January 2014 that a further debit order for January had been deducted.
I want Altech Netstar them to refund the bank account for 3 debit orders and bank charges incurred as a result of the debit orders incorrectly deducted.
No response to date has been received from Altech Netstar.
