Incorrect billing, no response

I renewed my subscription on 20 November 2013 following email communication from Altech Netstar on 19 November 2013 to advise that my 3 year prepaid period is about to expire. I signed the debit order authorisation form and agreed to a monthly subscription fee of R43.86 (excluding VAT). On 02 December 2013 a debit order for the amount of R127.57 was processed. I would like to know why this amount was debited instead of R43.86 as agreed? I contacted Altech Netstar numerous times regarding this matter, but with no success. I still haven't received any response or explanation whatsoever.
