After laying my complaint on this website I waited a week and still no response or feed back from netstar. I eventually managed to get a new unit installed today after a lot of arguing, petrol costs and airtime! looks like the next step will be to involve the consumer council for a refund of 7 months that the unit never worked as I cannot get a response from netstar??
