On the 1 November there was a Debit order that went off on my account, but unfortunatly it got reversed. i made an EFT on the 12 November and emailed it to altech. but on the 15 November there was a second debit order that went off and got reversed so now i need to pay banking chargers witch is not even my fault. i have emailed Nadia (the manager) to get someone to contact me and I have emailed Florence as well. asking them to get back to me. ( The time was 09:03 the first email) it is now 11:20 and still they havent got back to me. the service that i am getting from Altech is verry poor.
