I lay a complaint on Ctrack on the 19 Nov through hellopeter but until today no feedback or response from Ctrack, a manager called to promise to replace my BMW car key holder but until today he never come back to me.
i am still in the dark when i will receive my key holder which was damage by his technician on the 15 Nov.
i am in totally in shock with this care of bad service & which cause me a pain & frustration.
