THREATENING SMS

I have received no prior communication; no letter. email, or telephone call to say my account is in arrears. I am very upset and disappointed with the service and do not appreciated the threatening SMS received to inform me that I will be handed to a pre legal department and my service will be discontinued. I experienced this problem with ADT before when they told me my account is in arrears, hence it was their error in submitting debit orders through on the 25th and the 1st of the month. This happened now again: payment of R329.18 dated 25/9/2013 was made, which is payment for the debit order that was supposed to go off on the 1 OCTOBER 2013. I was double debited on the 25 September and on the 1st October. The debit order for the 1st was returned by the bank as only one payment was meant to go off. Now I get told my account is in arrears as the debit order was returned. It was not mentioned or explained to me that if you receive a discount, upgrade or down grade that I will be double debited; if it was mentioned, I would have never asked to be discounted and just cancelled the contract. being a single parent, living with 2 kids alone, is very stressful to
