Change of debit order date

I am shocked at the service i have received from standard bank with regards to changing the debit order date on my vehicle finance from the 25th of the month to the last day of the month, the consultant who assisted me changed the debit order date right away but did not inform me that there would be fees that I need to pay so standard bank received full payment for the month as usual but then I receive an sms saying they did not receive payment so I phone to inquire and the lady tells me I need to pay an amount of R775.51 into my vehicle finance account all of this because I was not informed of the process correctly I am utterly disappointed in the service I have received and this is just my first complaint
secondly I changed my debit order date from the 25th to the last day of the month on my loan account with standard bank and they took a payment on the 25th and on the last day of the month they debited my account twice and I made 2 payments to them all because of once again not informing me that that was going to happen and they have not reversed the second debit order because they say i will be in arrears if they do which i think is ridiculous i have now paid them double
