Double debit in my account

I took a personal with FNB last year and because I get paid on the 25th, I told the consultant at the bank (Jabulani Mall) that i want the debit order date to be 25th, but because the 25th was on Sunday and there was a holiday in between that previous month, my salary came in on the 21st. He then made my debit order date to be the 21st and told me that the next month it will be changed back to the 25th. So for the past few months my account was being debited on the 21st instead of the 25th. I called the loans division last week Wednesday to rectify that error and i was referred to the collections department where I made an arrangement for them to debit my account on the 25th and also change my debit order to the 25th. To my surprise, I WAS DEBITED TWICE this month!!! I called the collections department and spoke to Meldah, she told me that it was an error on their side that needed to fixed and i will be refunded the 1 instalment within 48hrs. A few minutes later, I got a call from the same department telling me that I'm in arrears for one instalment?? WHAT THE??? Today is after 48 hours and I still haven't received my refund. Someone please tell me what is going on!!!
