FAULTY TRACKING DEVICE

I DID A UNIT CHECK ON 23/01/2013 AND THEY COULD NOT LOCATE MY VEHICLE.CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT AS ADVICED AND WAS GIVEN NUMBERS OF BRAGO MOTOSPEC AS THEY FITTED THE UNIT IN MY CAR.WHEN I CALLED THEM, THEY WERE SO RUDE, TELLING ME I HAVE TO TAKE MY CAR TO THEIR FITMENT CENTRE IN MAPONYA MALL, WOULD NOT MAKE IT ANYWAY AS I AM IN CLASS TILL 5PM EVERYDAY.THEY SAID THEY WILL GET BACK TO ME, I AM STILL WAITING FOR THEM.EMAIL WAS SENT TO CUST.SERVICE MANAGER BUT GOT NO REPLY.I WANT MY UNIT FIXED BY NETSTAR A.S.A.P.THEY ARE THE ONES WHO DEDUCT MONEY FROM MY BANK AT 00:01.THEY NEVER TOLD ME ABOUT FITMENT CENTRE WARA WARA, NOW THAT THE UNIT IS FAULTY, WHO MUST FIX IT, ME? I AM NOT A TECHNICIAN, IF I WAS, WOULD HAVE DESIGNED IT MYSELT AND NOT BOTHER CONTACTING THEM.THEY NEED TO FIX IT URGENTLY, SHOULD IT GET, HOW WILL THEY TRACK IT.I PAY AND EXPECT THEM TO DELIVER, IF THEY DO NOT, I WILL TAKE THIS MATTER FURTHER AND THEY WILL PAY ME, INCLUDING MY LEGAL COST.I SIGNED A CONTRACT BUT IT CAN BE TERMINATED IN A SECOND.I DO NOT CARE WHO THIS PEOPLE OF MOTOSPEC ARE, I WAS NEVER EVEN INTRODUCED TO THEM, THEY NEED TO FIX THIS.SOOO DONT WANT TO BE TAKEN FOR GRANTED.I KNOW MY RIGHTS.
