Not connecting tracking unit on vehicle

On the 15th of January 2014 I forwarded the requested documentation to Keith Maharaj at Netstar to arrange for the fitment. On the 16th I received an email at 8:40 stating the vehicle is booked for that day. At 12:11 I send an email to Keith asking him what is going on as the technician aren't there as yet. He replied he will look into it but only came back 3 hours later after the dealership phoned someone at Netstar. The unit was only fitted the next day. On friday the unit was fitted and when I tested the panic button no response came from Netstar. Sam from CMH phoned Netstar and I spoke to a lady that told me that the paperwork will only be done on monday probably. So now I have a new car with no tracking due to a administration process that takes time.
