Last week I called to cancel my policy and I was told that I'll be transferred to cancellation department, I hold until my airtime finish. Reason why I am cancelling this policy is because I'm out of country and I sold my car last month. So I can't pay for something that I don't have. Please help me to cancel this policy this month.
