I had a policy and I want to cancel. I called their call centre and not allowed to cancel via the phone and I was given a email address to forward my cancellation letter but with no luck the email provided is never going and the given number is also not working and just rings with no answer, now I am stacked with the policy that I can not afford anymore. The bank can not cancel or stop the debit order. The agreement was the debit to go through the last day of the month and in March 2013 the debit was through on the 29 March not as agreed.
