Query STILL unresolved

After response from TRACKER I was under the impression that the query has finally been resolved. However I've received my Statement dated 01/08/2013 on which I'm STILL being charged for the vehicle that TRACKER assured me was removed from my account. TRACKER FAILED TO FOLLOW UP WITH THEIR ACCOUNTS/ BILLING DEPARTMENT. SO I'M BACK TO SQUARE ONE AGAIN
