I phoned ABSA on Thursday 5 December requesting that they cancel my mortgage loan insurance policy as it is covered by a different policy I have taken out. Boitumelo requested that I send proof of policy to [Email Removed] which I promptly did. I received an email from their service assessment company to rate my experience while cancelling my policy. I sent in feedback - that I have not heard anything back yet regarding cancellation of the policy. I have phoned into their call centre (0860 147 147) to find out what is going on, and have already been on hold for 20 minutes with no response as yet.
