I phoned several times to cancelled my policy on 20 Sep (found new provider and MiWay couldnt match the offer) and I was assured three times on three different calls by three different SENIOR agents that I can cancel my policy on the end of this month (meaning my policy will be finished on the 30 September, no more payment in October because all my payments are up to date). The last senior consultant even confirmed my cancellation verbally and told me he will email me the cancellation mail now. Which he didn't. I called back a day later (21 Sep) for my cancellation confirmation only to be told thatr my policy is still active and that I am not able to cancel my polcy to the end of this month. First of all, I was advised at several occasions by different agents that I am able to cancel my polcy by the end of this month and second of all my cancellation for the end of this month was confirmed verbally and I was supposed to receive a cancellation mail. Then I find out that my policy wasnt even cancelled and noone informed me about anything. Since calls are recorded, I would like you to find the calls (20 Sep) and want to leave MiWay asap (ending 30 Sep). Unbelievable.
