I have taken an educational policy with Old Mutual a month ago. After receiving this policy i then decided to cancel it. I wrote a letter on the 20 June 2013 to have it cancelled and sent my request to this email address [Email Removed] . I got a system respond with this tracking number GSENQ761558 with this message " Your enquiry is being attended to and a reply should reach you soon". Since then I there was not further respond until I noticed that my bank account is still being deducted and the last transaction was on the 26 .07.2013. This morning I called the Customer services to inquire about this and the consultant told me that no cancellation was made on this policy it's active. If don't get help I will also cancel my retirement policy with OLD MUTUAL.
