How do one cancel a policy with Outsurance? I have no freakin idea!!! I spoke to Evile @ 15:36 today to cancel a policy (which in the 1st place was suppose to be A QUOTE). He was asking me questions and everything was fine until... He kept asking what is my reason and I told him I'm staying with my current company and I want to cancel my policy. He kept asking 'but what is the reason' and 'I will cancel it, but first tell me why you want to pay more with your current incurance company'. I told him that it has got nothing to do with him and to please cancel my policy, still he didn't he said 'I will do so but I don't understand why'., just CANCEL it for goodness sake man. I told him I will put in a complaint if he doesn't assist me in the cancelling of the policy and he kept saying 'I will do it in a few minutes, just explain to me what the reason is to cancel', my word what else should I say??? I got very angry and told him to cancel it right away. He said 'Can you hold on for just a moment' and I said 'Fine', waiting, waiting waiting for almost 5 minutes and he didn't come back so I assumed that he dropped the line! I want the policy CANCELLED RIGHT NOW!!! Never again!
