Refundable deposit not paid

I have hired a wedding cake stand for the 23rd March 2013, and returned the stand 2 days after the wedding. I was told my refundable deposit of R250.00 will be paid into my account via EFT, it is 1 month later and I have been calling for the past 3 weeks. I have been told everyday that it will be paid but it still has not been paid. I have returned the goods hired and need the deposit to be paid back to me.

THis is bad service and will not recommend anyone to hire any goods from this store as they withhold the refundable deposit.
