My car went in for repairs and i paid AVIS R750 REFUNDABLE deposit in the begining of Feb when i hired out their car. At first i received a skorokoro car and then they changed it. i took the other one back on the 1st of March and was told that my deposit will be paid back to me in 7 working days. I called them after 9 working days to enquire about the deposit and was told that they had the wrong account number but the money would be deposited back. ive been sent from pillar to post about it, whenever i call the lady informs me that she is working on it and will get back to me. the last time i called was on Tuesday the 26th March and she said she will find out and get back to me. Had they given me a good service maybe id say they can keep it, but now i want my money back. why is it so hard to refund me back MY money???
