I AM A VERY ANGRY CUSTOMER. MY ACCOUNT WAS PAID IN EXCESS OF R6000 (FINGER ERROR)
I LOGED A REQUEST FOR A REFUND ON THE 28TH MARCH.
I HAVE BEEN CALLING EVERYDAY AND NO GOOD NEWS, FINALLY I GET HEADWAY ON THE 19TH APRIL.
SENDING DOCUMENT OF CONFIRMATION TO THEM DOESNT HELP AS THEY STILL GOT THE DETAILS WRONG. PAYMENT WAS REJECTED.
PAYDAY IS JUST AROUND THE CORNER AND FOR THE PAST MONTH I WAS UNABLE TO DO ANYTHING BECAUSE MULTICHOICE HELD UP MY REFUND.
R6000 RAND IS ALOT OF MONEY ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU HAVE FAMILIES TO TAKE CARE.
I AM STILL WAITING FOR SOMEONE FROM MULTICHOICE TO CALL ME TO FIX THIS.
