I made a booking at Paradise Creek for a wedding which would take place on 05 October 2013, when I paid my deposit, they never send me their Terms & Conditions. Unfortunately I can not attend the wedding and phoned an spoke to the owner (Anton) who stated that my deposit will be paid back, I just need to send a email to Lita Breytenbach. Email was send and the reply I received was that my deposit is not refundable. If I received the T's & C's from Paradise Creek in the fist place I would have never requested a refund. I emailed Lita Breytenbach to ask why my deposit is not refundable. Lita phoned me with a bad attitude and screamed at me the customer, stating that she never wants to do business with people like me. I have never in my life been treated so poorly. I think that Paradise Creek should send their employees for anger management & customer services courses. I would NEVER in my life refer anyone to Paradise Creek. If their service is so poor over a phone, what type of service should you expect when you arrive there. No thank you, Paradise Creek can keep their chalets. At the end with the bad service and all, they did pay my deposit back, just to keep me off there backs.
