I hired a Chev Spark and everything was good with the service there.
But it has now been 2 weeks since I returned the car and my Refundable deposit has still not been paid back. Avis even deducted the refuel amount 1 day after I returned the car from my account. So not only am I out the R750 Deposit... but also the amount they refuelled the car with!
Please correct immediately!!! I had a Debit order bounce last night because I only have R100 left in my bank account for the month. I can't even go buy Groceries for the next week!! I please need that R750 Immediately!!
