Multichoice sent me an email explaining that problems will be experienced with MNet in the Cape Town area, This was due to channel change on their Analog channels. The subscriber where to contact them on a given no and they would see to it that the problem are rectified free of charge. I contacted Multichoice on 22nd April on the given no and gave my details to the help desk operator, I was told that someone would have to come to my address and see to the problem, I would also receive a phone call from them that same evening.
By 17h00 on the 23rd I have received no response and contacted them again, again I was told that someone would contact me to see to the problem, up to now I have received no calls from any Multichoice personnel, and I am without a service that I am paying a monthly premium for.
Hopefully someone at Multichoice will read this post and assist to sort out my problem.
