I hired a car for 2 days on the 8th of June at 10h30 and returned it on the 10th of June at 8h00 with a full tank and in perfect condition as was inspected. I paid R1050 for car hire and R1200 refundable deposit to be refunded within 4 to 5 workings days after return of car. To date 24th of June I'm still not paid my refund even after numerous calls to query this. Each time I call I'm told it is being done - in progress but to no avail. Christine even promised to send me an e-mail updating me with the refund process but i have not received such either. I'm the one chasing them and being put on hold with zero results.
