I rented shop 13 at Palm Centre Magalieskruin for Soqi Wellness Centre. The lease agreement was for a year. There is a refundable deposit of R4500 which was repayable at the end of the lease. Ample notice time was given from my side that the agreement will not be renewed. A final inspection was held at the premises on the 31st of May this year by Mr Nicolaides and nothing wrong was found. As per point 18.1 0f the lease agreement the deposit was suppose to be paid soon after. Since then I e-mailed VKN and phoned Mr Nicolaides to enquire as to when I will receive the deposit. No e-mails were answered and my phone calls are not answered and messages not returned. All I want is for the refundable deposit to be paid to me.
