PVR Online Self-service a Joke

DSTV self-service function used to work pretty well when I only had a dsd1110 decoder. I was able to activate or de-activate services or bouquets at will using my iPad or the Multichoice website.
Since my PVR installation, I have so many services associated with my account now, including mobile services. It has become impossible to change bouquets online anymore. I was told by DSTV/Multichoice that the mobile services must be de-activated first before any online activation of services are possible/available.
However, even when mobile is NOT active, the website as well as the iPad application are completely non-functional. I get exception errors on the iPad and the tick boxes to de- or activate are just not there anymore.
Now I have to stay on the phone for up to 20 minutes to get some kind of service when contacting the callcentre. I have tried to speak to a supervisor, but the operators are adamant that my query is not worthy of the supervisors' attention, although I eventually managed to speak to a supervisor.
