This is really frustrating and a recurring DSTV complaint of mine.
Every 2-3 months their Online Service management website breaks or fails.
When I try to ACTIVATE (by pressing the button) it gives the "Reconnect Failed" error.
I then have to waste a lot of time on their Call Centre Q to get connected.
- It is my secondary Premium account that I manage online (WHEN it works!) not my primary
premium account, which of course always stays online. My Account is paid up to date.
The Online system can quickly disconnect me when I press the DEACTIVATE button, so why not
Connect me again if I press ACTIVATE???
PLEASE get this sorted - About a year ago you had the same drama and eventually it started to work again
Put some effort into it. I get the same excuse from your Call Centre week after week and it is frustrating!
