No Service to activate DSTV

To whom it may concern: i have tried 6 x times on-line to activate our tennis club as a new subscriber. I have held on 36 minutes waiting for an operator. Eventually got through on a different number and not even the MultiChoice agents could get through to the Commercial Branch. What must i do to get our Tennis Club's DSTV activated? Are there actually people who work there or is it just a machine that speaks to you? Could I please get action immediately as this is absolutely ridiculous. Poor service!!! The supervisor at Commercial Activation, Brenda, was supposed to phone me back in 5 minutes - not done!!
