I am very frustrated with Multichoice's online services. Why offer online account services if it is not working!? I am not able to retrieve a statement of my account, and the transaction history function is also not working. I have reported this on 23/10/2013 to [Email Removed] and only received an automated response. I have also reported the problem to [Email Removed] who simply refer me back to online support. All I'm asking is for Multichoice to fix the online account self service functions. Having to go this route to get a proper response from Multichoice also says a lot about their client services.
