On the 11th July 2013 a new DSTV satellite dish installation was made at my home. I send an email to Multichoice indicating the services I will like to subscribe to and also furnished with my banking particulars for debit order purposes.
On the 16th July 2013 I received an email from Multichoice stating that they are unable to activate services as account is in arrears for Mnet services. I was informed to make a cash payment to the amount of R199-23 to activate services.
I do not have any Mnet subscription and do not have any arrears on my account. I lodged a complaint with the DSTV CALL CENTRE as per reference number 136050650 concerning this matter.
