Online self service not working

The multichoice self service online self service is not working. I could always manage my account and activate and de-activate as I please. NOW I can only de-activate my service. for months now I cannot activate my service.!!! WHY and WHEN will it be fixed.

to get an answer from dstv is inpossible!!!
