DSTV WEBSITE MISLEADING AND A TRAP

The new DSTV website is excellent and have some great functionality. BUT there are a few traps and worst of all no one is able to assist! I use the internet EVERYDAY so I regard myself as an above average user. I often use the "activate services" button on the DSTV what is totally misleading is the "activate insurance" button. It looks the same and works the same. Just 2 clicks and insurance is activated. I have now for the SECOND time activated the insurance accidentally because the page scrolled and bam its active. Whats the absolute worse is no one knows what you are talking about when you call in and multichoice is unable to cancel the insurance for you! You have to phone the insurer! Can you believe it - you can activate but not cancel. I have phoned the insurer previously and they are very rude and simply blame me for my mistake. I refuse REFUSE to pay for another months insurance! This is totally ridiculous. Please REMOVE the insurance button and please deactivate my insurance with IMMEDIATE effect. I would not make a mistake like this times in a row if the website wasn't misleading. It is totally unacceptable. Please sort it out with your rude insurer!
